Highly regarded income manager, Metrics, will launch a new IPO for wholesale and sophisticated investors only.  Metrics is a leading Australian Alternative Asset Manager specialising in private debt.  They currently manage approximately $20bn in assets.

The new IPO will be listed on the ASX under code MRE and will provide debt exposure from a diversified portfolio of private credit and commercial real estate debt and equity.  It is a blended investment into The Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Passive Trust and the Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Active Trust.  The MRE structure itself will be a stapled structure, which will facilitate the pass through of franking credits.
