360 Capital is looking to raise $70m for their Enhanced Income Fund.  They are currently listed (ASX Code: TCF) and are looking for additional funds to further expand their private lending portfolio. 

TCF has identified a pipeline of prospective transactions across a diversified range of industries and the team has a proven track record of originating and managing private loans.

This investment may complement those investors wanting income and who may have invested in Metrics Credit Partners (ASX Code: MXT).

• Investors to be issued units at $5.94 (Net Asset Value)
• Target Yield of 6.00% per annum (paid monthly)
• Funding Corporate Loans (no real estate)
