Investment Manager, Pengana, has announced the issue of a new Pengana Global Private Credit Trust.  This will be a listed investment on the ASX under code PCX and will invest in a diversified portfolio of global private credit investments, liquid credit investments and cash investments. The management team will invest through a multi-manager approach with a high degree of capital protection.

Issue Price:	$2.00
Expected Income Return:	7.00% per annum (paid monthly)
Expected Total return:	RBA cash rate plus 6% (RBA cash rate is currently 4.35%)
Fund Size:	$200m +

The fund will be fully hedged to the AUD.

There will also be a unique buyback feature in this investment whereby investors can have their investment bought back at NAV (Net Asset Value) each quarter.
