PIMCO Group, one of the largest investment managers in the world, is offering investors the opportunity to participate in its upcoming income issue to be listed on the ASX. The PIMCO Global Income Opportunities Trust will seek to provide regular income and attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing predominantly in a portfolio of globally sourced fixed interest securities, which may include government and government related debt, corporate debt, mortgage-related and other credit securities of varying maturities. The Trust will adopt a multi-sector approach, spanning government and government-related, corporate, residential, commercial, consumer and speciality finance.
Raise Size: $500m (potential to increase by $200m)
Subscription Price: $2.00
Pro forma NAV per unit: $2.01
Target Distribution: 4.75% – 5.75% per annum
Buyback Program: The trust will seek to buy back units if the trust trades at a 5% discount for a period of 10 full trading days.
Minimum Investment: $5,000

Expected Credit Rating: BBB* (nearly 77% of the portfolio’s assets will be securitized)
